The pandemic is affecting Minority communities at disproportionate rates. Sutter Health and Roots Clinic partnered to address the entire community when it comes to celebrating holidays with loved ones. Their goal is to provide populations with information and visuals on how they protect themselves and their family from COVID -19.
THE SOLUTION
The new, innovative COVID-19 billboard campaign is a measured approach to communicating with youth and their families. This campaign will hopefully prevent more cases among those most vulnerable.

3 photos were chosen to be used on billboards around the city of Oakland. The community engaged with the photos and billboards by taking photos and reposting them on their social media accounts. The photos are also featured on flyers distributed to the community. More people saw themselves when it came to encouraging others to wear masks and implement safety protocols
